Shangri-La The Shard
Our exclusively crafted cocktail range for The GŎNG at Shangri-La at the top of The Shard in London.

Our co-founders Alexander, Mark & Lars, working in different parts of the drinks business, had both spotted that premium spirits were growing quickly, fuelled by consumers’ increasing awareness of the provenance of what they ate and drank.However, this growing interest in premium food and drink had seemed to neglect mixers, a crucial element of the drinks industry that remained flat. It struck them both as extraordinary that people were paying a good deal of money for a high-quality spirit, so a similarly premium mixer was needed.
PEDDLER's
In collaboration with Peddler's Gin we created the concept Bar in a Bottle, which showcases the best cocktails Asia has to offer. For the first time ever, giving people the chance to experience mixology from world-class bartenders in the comfort of their own home.
In China, this includes offerings from Union Trading Company, Black Moth, Logan’s Punch, El Barrio, Shake, E.P.I.C., RMK, MILL, UP and Arch by Tastebuds. In Hong Kong, The Old Man, COA, The Pontiac, Otto e Mezzo Bombana, Stockton and Quinary are partners of the project.
